Gina started working in the legal world at the age of 16 when she left school. Since then she has worked in many areas of law but over the years developed a particular passion for working with the elderly.

Jo Wagstaff

Jo joined Helen in January 2013 after 10 years in the Private Client team of a top 100 law firm, and now helps clients prepare wills and powers of attorney, and undertakes estate management. Jo loves to help the local people with the subjects: Will Writing & Probate

Helen has been a ‘Private Client’ solicitor for over thirty years, and is an elected member of both the Law Society’s Private Client National Executive Committee, and Solicitors for the Elderly. She is passionate about helping the people of Bath, Bristol, Frome and Westminster.

Visiting during Covid-19

When you visit our office please arrive at the agreed time, if you arrive early, we may ask you to wait outside. Please do not be offended if we ask you to maintain a 2 metre distance, to sanitise your hands and wear a face covering. We may also ask to take your temperature with a non-contact thermometer. We have these measures in place to preserve your safety and well-being, and for that of our team.
