Helen has been a ‘Private Client’ solicitor for over thirty years, and is an elected member of both the Law Society’s Private Client National Executive Committee, and Solicitors for the Elderly. She is passionate about helping the people of Bath, Bristol, Frome and Warminster.
Stephen Horton
Stephen joined Helen in January 2025 and brings with him nearly twenty years’ experience of estate and Inheritance Tax planning for clients with family-run businesses and family farms or those with property investment interests.
Clare Banks
Clare joined the firm in October 2024, having returned to live in her hometown of Bath. Clare qualified as a residential Conveyancing Paralegal in 2010 and has continuously worked in this area of law in both private practice and for one of the UK’s largest residential developers.
